Boarding Forms

If you’re interested in taking advantage of our boarding services for small animals, please fill out the form below and you will be invoiced for half of your total bill as a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. The other half will need to be paid at pickup.

Rates: $40/day (at least 2 week notice)

$50/day emergency & short notice drop off (pending staff approval)

Daily rates include:

• A safe and secure enclosure for boarding (exercise pen or condo, depending on availability)

• Top quality hay and fresh water (unlimited), pellets in proportion to overall weight, and small animal-approved veggies daily

• A litter box with paper based litter cleaned out daily and sanitized between pets.

• One hour minimum of supervised and enclosed play time outdoors (weather permitting). An indoor enclosure will be utilized in the event of rainy/ cold weather.

• One Oxbow small pet multivitamin per day (vitamin C tabs for guinea pigs)

Optional Add-Ons:

• $10/day - additional hour of playtime/ personal interaction with staff

• $10/ flat fee - nail trim before pick up
